Aiyo.... wat happen to this blog????? Nvm... i shall start everything fresh again.

I'm happy to see everyone in Vesper working as a team now. The first time i took over this team after Maybelle, there were nv ending conflicts.. *Kill myself* Everyone is not used to the way i lead this team. And same goes to me. This batch is totally different from the previous. Hard time trying to understand every single one of u. Anyway, hard work does pay off. I finally get the understanding of my members. Thanks for the help all these while!!!

Mu Jie: Steady la u!!! I'm so proud of ur lib ext!!! Initially i was worried tt u cant do it. No offence ar.. cos u didnt have time to practice, but now i guess my worries were redundant!! DUN WEAR THE SLIPPERY SHORTS ANYMORE LA!!!! WEAR THE VERY SHORT N SEXY ONE!!!!! LOL!

Yi Jun: The forever playful ger. Very spontaneous. LMAO when i see u shaking ur butt up there on 221 during our club crawl performance. Funny woman... She would rather do all other difficult stunts than shoulder stand. Reason being, shoulder stand seems to be more dangerous. *Faint*

Alison: U just need more practice. Dun get demoralised so easily ok? I'm sure u can do it la! No worries! Dun let the fear of falling affects u. Suprised to see u lifting ur own leg up when doing the L stunt la! Thanks for helping me! WOOT!!!

Maria: Woman! U are out of my expectation! U can do a very nice twist cradle la! Same to u. Just need more practice! Haha... Dun worry... the TOPIC abt u and *ahem ahem* will end soon! I think i'll make it a must for all gers to have papaya n milk b4 training!!!! WAHAHAH!!!!

Nizz: Our dance Choreographer!!!! Without u we'll be lost! Flexible as Maria. These 2 woman can fight la! This woman power ok! Keep pulling guys in during club crawl!!!! LOL!!

Poh Poh: U slimmed down so so very the much la!!! HAHA!! THANKS TO DOU DOU!!! Thanks for motivating us!!!! WE MISS UR PITCHY VOICE!!!!!

Maybelle: Faster slim down and join us FLYING!!!!!!! And Base as well!!!!

Yi Xun: Thanks for not leaving this team!!! Sometimes gotta control ur temper abit la.. all of us will make mistake de.. U are a good base and sorry for injuring u all the time! *BLEAH*

Garie: Truely appreciate ur help! Thanks for knocking some sense into my brain tt time. Ya, u are really positive and nice to talk to. Thanks again for helping me resolve all misunderstandings in this team.

Yong Shen: One of our strong base. Always pulling frens of his into joining Vesper. Thank you so much! I know i'm heavier now la!!! DUN REMIND ME!!! LOL!!!

Berry: Thanks for coming back to Vesper to help out for our club crawl! Maybelle wasnt free so u are the another person we can turn to! Sorry to trouble u la! Hope u are feeling better now! Do come back to guide us when ya free ok!

To Flyers:

All of us wants to be the attraction. I know ok? But i cant possibly put everyone to fly. Moreover we do not have sufficient base to allow all of us to shine up there. If i didnt put u to fly in the routine pls do not feel demoralise. There will be nv ending performances n events coming our way! Treat it as the time to brush up ur flying skills so that during the next performance u'll look great up there! No use insisting on fly when u have to struggle and make urself look ugly right? It'll be ugly if i let everyone of u fly in a routine. That will look more like pieces of stunts. Pls understand this.

Ps: Slim down or toned urself!!!!! Dun tell me u wan to fly yet cant stop ur mouth from eating!!! I mean u can eat, at the same time, do something to those fats u have input into ur body!!!!!! Strengthen urself. Do watever tt helps except moving ur mouth! U wanna look great, u have to put in the effort.

Before i end. Vesper, we can always talk things out. I am human myself. I do make mistakes tt i dun realise sometimes. Just pull me to a corner and confront me. Dun shout at me in front of everybody ok?? I do get really defensive at times. Human la... Bo bian. We should voice out our dissatisfaction right?? If anyone of u is unhappy with way i do things, just let me know. I'll explain to u why do i plan it tt way. I cant focus on every single one of u. I have to think of the big picture.

Falling and injury is an experience for us to know where our problem lies. It applies to all situation. Dun let this fear of falling conquer u. Instead overcome it. When u fall or injured urself, laugh ur way thru! If tt'll make u feel better, why not? It's painful however, if tt's gonna stop u from moving on then i'm sure u will nv improve. It's like failing Math test once and u chose to give up on math. Not even trying hard for the next paper. Get that??


In cheerleading it's not about knowing ur LIMITS. It's about breaking ur LIMITS. Dun tell me u have ur own LIMITS when u dun even know where ur LIMITS can go up to. Knowing ur limits stops u from moving on. It's only breaking it keeps u going. DUN ARGUE WITH ME!!!! LOL!!! I KNOW I'M RIGHT THIS TIME!!! *BLEAH!!!!*
